The holidays are here! Let’s face it, you are busy. With all the hustle bustle surrounding those holiday events (shopping, travel plans, parties, kids-off-school), you may be wondering how you’ll have time to get a decent dinner on the table). So when you have the convenience of ready-made sauces/condiments created specifically with the intent of better health, you can make any meal simple, healthy and tasty!
I was delighted to partner with Guy Gone Keto to create this time-saving, flavorful Meatloaf Recipe.
For a completely keto version, use KetoseSweet+ too!
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, fennel, almond meal, zucchini & carrots (or riced broccoli), garlic (and salt if you choose).
Then incorporate egg.
Mix 2 tbsp of Guy Gone Keto Ketchup into mixture until well incorporated.
In a small bowl, combine remaining Guy Gone Keto Ketchup with Balsamic Vinegar and Date Syrup for a "ketchup glaze"; set aside.
Line a bread pan with foil, and spray it with cooking oil.
Scoop ground turkey mixture into lined, greased bread pan.
Spread Ketchup Glaze on top.
Bake for approx. 50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
When slightly cooled, slice into 8 equal slices.
