Fresh and tantalizing Tricolore Salad. This delicious tomato medley mixed with whole milk buffalo mozzarella will tantalize all of your senses!

 3 fresh tomatoes, cut in ½” cubes (mix it up with a variety of different types of tomatoes. Cherry, heirloom, etc.)
 1 cup whole milk buffalo mozzarella, sliced
 25 scallions or green onions, sliced
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp balsamic or apple cider vinegar
 1 tbsp water
 1 tbsp fresh basil
 0.13 tsp dried or fresh oregano
 salt and pepper to taste

Combine veggies and in a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients.

Add vegetable and toss gently until spices are evenly spread throughout.

Add sliced buffalo mozzarella. Chill overnight and enjoy!
