Who doesn't love chewy coconut bars?

 2 eggs
 1 cup Steviva Blend
 0.25 tsp maple flavoring
 0.50 cup butter (or coconut oil)
 1 tsp vanilla
 0.50 cup soy flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp salt
 1 cup unsweetened coconut (finely chopped)
 0.50 cup chopped walnuts
 0.50 cup raisins

Beat eggs, Steviva Blend, and maple flavoring in medium bowl; mix in butter/coconut oil and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in small bowl; stir into egg mixture.

Mix in coconut, walnuts, and raisins.

Spread batter evenly in greased 8-inch square baking pan.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven until browned and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.

Cool in pan on wire rack; cut into squares.
